Dear ABC Dohrmann Descendants,
We are happy to inform you that plans are in the works for an ABC Family Reunion planned for June 25th -28th, 2020 in Marin County, CA.   Please mark your calendars and hold these dates.   
We would appreciate a tentative tally of those interested in participating, and confirmation of correct email addresses.  If you would make sure your immediate family members received this email, and if they did not, please forward the email onto them, and drop us a note with their correct addresses for future correspondence. 
Please respond to this email by hitting reply. Let us know if you plan to attend this event and the number of family members in your party.   We will be sending another email soon regarding accommodations and activities information.

    Hi, I'm Eleanor Nason Mannion, a great granddaughter of Fred and Emily Dohrmann. My grandmother Louise is the toddler with the large hairbow in the far left of the above photo, :). I've recently been communicating with Mark Dohrmann on Ancestry and he let me know about this link and the plans in June. Would it be possible to attend one of those gatherings to meet you all? I look forward to hearing from you, thank you, Eleanor

      Eleanor, Mark has sent you some info via e-mail and text. I understand the text messages may not be going through. What infor do you not have that you would like to receive? Of course we'd be lease if you could attend any part of the activities.

      I, and maybe my husband Kyle Kirwan, am interested in going on the tour and attending the dinner on Saturday, June 27. I am Nancy Evers Kirwan, daughter of Henry Kaspar Evers, oldest son of Sepha Pischel Evers, second daughter of Wilhemina (Minna) Dohrmann Pischel, older sister of ABC Dohrmann and daughter of Frederick William Dohrmann.

Hello Expanded Dohrmann Family! We are now deep into our planning for the ABC Dohrmann Family Reunion, gathering at the San Rafael Embassy Suites June 24th thru June 27 th , 2020.  Many have expressed their desires to attend and we so look forward to seeing all who can be with us. At this point if you are getting THIS message it’s because we may be unsure about your intentions… WE understand some may still not know their plans yet;  this is a targeted email to those whom we are not sure. We hope by sending this we might learn: Do you intend attending any part of our gathering? Do you want to go on an outing on Friday AM to Muir Woods w/ lunch in Sausalito? Dinner Plans Forming ** You Intentions sought

The Planning Committee is working diligently to set plans for the ABC Dohrmann Family Reunion and we need now to gather a head count as we move to price it with caterers.   Have you let us know if you are hoping to be there and how many in your party?  If not could you please give us your tentative commitment now, as price per person will depend on the number of attendees.  It's our BIG event of the weekend so we hope you can make it. June 27th  Organized Family Group Dinner at Embassy Suites (approx 6:45 PM, preceded by a no host cocktail party beginning at 5:15 PM) ) – Advance payment will be required for this event.
