Dear Family,
The 2020 ABC Dohrmann Family Reunion will take place June 26th thru June 28 th , 2020.
This gathering will be held at the Embassy Suites in San Rafael, CA.
The hotel address is: 101 McInnis Parkway, San Rafael, CA. The phone number for call in reservations is 1-800-362-2779. Mention that you want to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites San Rafael and that you are with the Dohrmann Family
Reunion. The group code is DFR.
A block of rooms has been reserved for our group at a discounted rate for June 24th thru the 29th where you may choose any of those dates to stay. Two links below highlight the hotel and provide directions for making room reservations on-line. We suggest you lock in your rates by reserving your rooms ASAP. We have been told the rates may be significantly higher as time goes on. Room availability may also diminish as summer is a very popular time to visit the Bay Area.
The Embassy Suites has been recently remodeled offering free cooked to order breakfasts in the
morning. Enjoy a free reception in the evening where your favorite cocktails and snacks will be
available. The hotel offers private suites with one king or two queen beds, as well as a separate living
room with a sofa bed and large dining table, wet bar, microwave, and refrigerator – plenty of extra
space for family and friends who are sharing rooms.
Again, to reserve your room simply click on the link and follow the instructions given. While we realize that some of you may choose your own lodging in the Marin area, we hope that many of you will choose to stay at the Embassy Suites so that visiting and interactions with other family members can be maximized.
There will be plenty of time for individual and organized gatherings including walks near the hotel,
gathering at the pool and outdoor spaces, coffee time, etc. This reunion is about reconnecting with each other and with our family history.

Late morning walk thru Muir Woods, followed by no-host lunch in Sausalito – early reservations will be required for this.
Happy Hour: Meet and Greet at Embassy Suites, Friday Night beginning at 5;30 PM
Sat. June 27th
Morning ferry ride from Larkspur Landing to San Francisco, with entertaining bus tour highlighting key ABC Dohrmann Family historical sites. (There will be an advance payment required for this event.)
Organized Family Group Dinner (approx 6:45 PM, preceded by a no host cocktail party beginning at 5:15 PM) ) – Advance payment will be required for this event.
Sun. June 28th
Embassy Group breakfast and departure... between 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM

- Pricing is $239 plus tax for a king suite with single or double occupancy, plus $15.00 for each additional adult, and $269 plus tax for a two-queen suite plus $15.00 for each additional adult. Children under 18 years of age staying in the room are not charged an additional fee.
- Please note: There is a two-night minimum stay on the weekends to receive the group rates.
