Notice to Non Respondants **

Hello Expanded Dohrmann Family!

We are now deep into our planning for the ABC Dohrmann Family Reunion, gathering at the San Rafael Embassy Suites June 24th thru June 27th, 2020. 
Many have expressed their desires to attend and we so look forward to seeing all who can be with us.

At this point if you are getting THIS message it’s because we may be unsure about your intentions… WE understand some may still not know their plans yet;  this is a targeted email to those whom we are not sure.
We hope by sending this we might learn:
  1. Do you intend attending any part of our gathering?
  2. Do you want to go on an outing on Friday AM to Muir Woods w/ lunch in Sausalito? This will require carpooling to be worked out later.
  3. Will you be going with the Ferry/bus tour group on Saturday? 
  4. Will you come to the cocktail party and dinner Saturday night?
  5. Will we see you at the open breakfast Sunday morning?
  6. Have you made plans for accommodations yet? 
To attend #2 & #3 above we will be collecting a fee for each; a separate notice of details will go out on that soon, but for now we just need to know your desires.

Please let us know if you are coming and what activities you’d like to participate in.  We look forward to hearing from you.

We may have incorrect e-mails for members of your family.  Any help you can be in assuring we have all who should be getting notice please let us know.  Example:  We KNOW I have Barbara Jean's (Bill Dohrmann's daughter) incorrect but haven't been able to final a correction.  Also we don't think we have contact info for Gerry Dohrmann's Daughter, Barbara.  There are others, we are sure and we hate to leave anyone out!

Dinner Plans Forming ** You Intentions sought

The Planning Committee is working diligently to set plans for the ABC Dohrmann Family Reunion and we need now to gather a head count as we move to price it with caterers.   Have you let us know if you are hoping to be there and how many in your party?  If not could you please give us your tentative commitment now, as price per person will depend on the number of attendees.  It's our BIG event of the weekend so we hope you can make it.
