Hello Expanded Dohrmann Family! We are now deep into our planning for the ABC Dohrmann Family Reunion, gathering at the San Rafael Embassy Suites June 24th thru June 27 th , 2020.  Many have expressed their desires to attend and we so look forward to seeing all who can be with us. At this point if you are getting THIS message it’s because we may be unsure about your intentions… WE understand some may still not know their plans yet;  this is a targeted email to those whom we are not sure. We hope by sending this we might learn: Do you intend attending any part of our gathering? Do you want to go on an outing on Friday AM to Muir Woods w/ lunch in Sausalito? This will require carpooling to be worked out later. Will you be going with the Ferry/bus tour group on Saturday?  Will you come to the cocktail party and dinner Saturday night ? June 26 th -28th , 2020 Reuniting Family – Revisiting Our Roots *** Be sure to scroll down *** Dear Family, The 2020 ABC Dohrmann Family Reunion will take place June 26th thru June 28 th , 2020. This gathering will be held at the Embassy Suites in San Rafael, CA. The hotel address is: 101 McInnis Parkway, San Rafael, CA. The phone number for call in reservations is 1-800-362-2779. Mention that you want to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites San Rafael and that you are with the Dohrmann Family Reunion. The group code is DFR . A block of rooms has been reserved for our group at a discounted rate for June 24th thru the 29th where you may choose any of those dates to stay. Two links below highlight the hotel and provide directions for making room reservations on-line. We suggest you lock in your rates by reserving your rooms ASAP. Dinner Plans Forming ** You Intentions sought

The Planning Committee is working diligently to set plans for the ABC Dohrmann Family Reunion and we need now to gather a head count as we move to price it with caterers.   Have you let us know if you are hoping to be there and how many in your party?  If not could you please give us your tentative commitment now, as price per person will depend on the number of attendees.  It's our BIG event of the weekend so we hope you can make it.
